Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
All custom pet portrait orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. This is the time it takes for our artists to create your digital proof and for you to approve it. Printing begins only after you have approved your artwork preview.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been approved and printed, estimated delivery times are as follows:
United States: 3 to 7 business days
Canada: 5 to 10 business days
United Kingdom: 5 to 10 business days
Australia: 7 to 14 business days
Rest of World: 10 to 20 business days
Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary during busy periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day and Valentine's Day. We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance for guaranteed delivery before a special occasion.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping is available on all orders over $75. For orders below $75, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the products ordered.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your delivery in real time. You can also use the Track Order page on our website at any time.

We proudly ship to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia and many other countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at furpaintingg@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at furpaintingg@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days after your expected delivery date, please contact us, and we will investigate and arrange a reprint or refund.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure.
